Hoffman SummerWood is pleased to begin hosting The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) CT chapter’s free support group for people living with Parkinson’s and related movement disorders, and their care partners on April 11, 2018. This group welcomes new members at 3:00 and the regular group meeting is 3:30-4:30 pm on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.
