It is without question that the pandemic affected everyone, but it is commonly agreed that one of the populations most affected, was seniors living on their own.
From the difficulties of grocery shopping and meal preparation, combined with the social isolation and solitude; most admit, this year was challenging on both the seniors and their family members.
